Nikita Pedro, Entertainer of the Year 2015
Nikita Pedro, Miss Toronto – November has been modelling in Houston, New York and Toronto Canada since 2011. Her first success was in a competition for Miss CSCS, (Canadian Sports Compact Series), similar to a real Fast and Furious. As so many fans of the Fast and Furious franchise she was devastated with the passing of Paul Walker just during Thanksgiving weekend. Nikita is not a stranger to tragedy. Just after she won the CSCS competition in May of 2011, Nakita experienced her first tragic event in her life, the passing of a family member June of that year. But when she was about to stop following the dream, she got revitalization from her agent Travis Chatman at the time in March 2012. Things started going up from there.
Since then she has completed shoots in the Bahamas, Houston and Louisiana and Mississippi. With her home town being Brampton, just north of Toronto Canada. More travelling is definitely in her future. One place she wants to travel to is Miami for the Entertainer of the Year. “The thing I like about modelling is the progress of the shoot and the ability to look back in the past and see the current appearance and look forward to the future.
EOTM Q & A
EOTM: You have an exotic look. What is your family heritage?
NAKITA: I am South American.
EOTM: What do you look for in a man?
NAKITA: I like a man that is tall, dark and handsome. Seriously, I take care of myself by eating right and working out. I want my guy to have the same philosophy. One of the things we can do as a team.
EOTM: What would you consider a perfect date?
NAKITA: I am a steak and potatoes girl, but for a romantic dinner appetizers and a great bottle of wine does it for me.
EOTM: What do you do to stay in shape?
NAKITA: I work out 5 days a week. Monday is upper body. Tuesday I work on my core. Wednesday is lower body and Thursday is cardio. Friday is Yoga and stretching. My weekends are dedicated to my family and friends.
EOTM: What is your favorite city you have traveled to so far?
NAKITA: New York. I have family there, and I love the energy. I look forward to going to Miami and hoping it could be my new favorite city if I win Entertainer of the Year.
